Vehicle Age Restrictions:

Vehicles imported must be within 5 years of manufacturing.

Steering Position:

Only Right-Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles are permitted.

Shipping and Port Details

  • Primary Ports: Chattogram Seaport and Mongla Seaport

  • Shipping Method: RoRo (Roll-on/Roll-off)

Duties and Taxes

  • Customs duties and taxes are calculated based on the Japanese Yellow Book Value.

  • Importers are responsible for ensuring payment of all applicable duties and taxes to Bangladesh Customs and the National Board of Revenue (NBR).
